1. Shipping Method
All Foost orders are shipped via FedEx International, one of the world's most reliable shipping carriers. We use FedEx Flat Rate shipping, which means you pay a fixed shipping fee regardless of your destination.
FedEx provides reliable tracking, secure handling, and efficient customs clearance for international shipments, ensuring your weightlifting shoes arrive safely and on time.
2. Delivery Times
Standard international delivery via FedEx takes approximately 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this timeframe:
- • Begins when your order ships (not when you place the order)
- • Does not include order processing time (see section 4)
- • May vary depending on your location and customs processing
- • Excludes weekends and holidays
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer FedEx Flat Rate shipping, meaning you pay a fixed shipping fee regardless of your destination worldwide. This makes international shipping simple and transparent—no surprises at checkout.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. The flat rate covers:
- • FedEx International shipping
- • Package insurance
- • Tracking service
- • Secure packaging materials
Important: Shipping costs do NOT include customs fees, duties, or import taxes. See section 6 for details on international shipping and customs.
4. Order Processing
Before your order ships, it goes through our quality control and packaging process:
- 1-2 Business Days:Order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging
- Day 3:Handoff to FedEx and tracking number generation
- 5-7 Days:FedEx international transit to your location
Total time from order to delivery: 6-10 business days (processing + shipping)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package using:

Log into your Foost account and visit the "Track My Order" page to see real-time updates.

Visit FedEx.com and enter your tracking number for detailed shipping updates and estimated delivery.
FedEx Tracking →Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. However, there are important considerations for international orders:

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are NOT included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. They are typically collected by the shipping carrier (FedEx) upon delivery or by your country's customs office. Please check with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
What to Expect:
- • FedEx will contact you if customs fees are due
- • Fees must be paid before delivery can be completed
- • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in package return
- • We cannot refund shipping costs for refused packages

7. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
Address Requirements:
- • Full recipient name
- • Complete street address (no P.O. boxes for FedEx)
- • City, state/province, and postal code
- • Country
- • Phone number (for delivery contact)
Address Changes: You can modify your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting support@foostfitness.com. After this time, your order enters our fulfillment process and the address cannot be changed.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, we're here to help:
Delayed Delivery
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe (5-7 business days from shipment), please check your tracking information first. If tracking shows no movement for 3+ days, contact us at support@foostfitness.com with your order number.
Lost Package
If FedEx confirms your package is lost, we will work with them to file a claim and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and contents immediately and contact us at support@foostfitness.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Customs Delays
Packages may be held at customs for inspection. This is normal and can add 1-5 days to delivery time. FedEx or your local customs office will contact you if additional information or payment is needed.
