Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship via FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

We offer FedEx Flat Rate shipping, meaning you pay a fixed shipping fee regardless of your destination. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the FedEx website or through your account on our website.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@foostfitness.com with your order number. We'll work with FedEx to locate your package and resolve the issue.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are NOT included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Products
What makes Foost weightlifting shoes special?
Foost shoes are engineered specifically for weightlifting with a 27mm heel elevation for optimal squat depth, TPU platform for maximum power transfer, and a dual strap system for uncompromising stability. We've been perfecting our design since 2012.
What is the heel height on Foost shoes?
Our weightlifting shoes feature a 27mm heel elevation, which is optimal for achieving proper depth in squats and Olympic lifts while maintaining an upright torso position.
Are Foost shoes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! While our shoes are designed to meet the demands of elite athletes, they're perfect for anyone serious about weightlifting. The stability and support will benefit lifters at all levels.
What materials are used in Foost shoes?
We use premium materials including a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) platform for rigidity and power transfer, reinforced synthetic leather upper for durability, and dual hook-and-loop straps for a secure, customizable fit.
Can I use Foost shoes for CrossFit or general gym training?
Foost shoes are specifically designed for weightlifting movements (squats, cleans, snatches, jerks). While they excel at these lifts, the elevated heel and rigid sole make them less suitable for running, jumping, or dynamic movements common in CrossFit.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn shoes in original condition with all tags and packaging. Due to international shipping logistics, we provide refunds only—we do not offer exchanges.
Why don't you offer exchanges?
As an international seller, the logistics and costs of exchanging products would significantly delay the process and increase costs for our customers. Instead, we offer full refunds so you can place a new order for the correct size or model.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at support@foostfitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and the address to ship the product back to.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
What if my shoes are defective or damaged?
If you receive defective or damaged shoes, please contact us immediately at support@foostfitness.com with photos. We'll provide a full refund including original shipping costs and cover the return shipping.
Sizing
How do Foost shoes fit compared to regular sneakers?
Weightlifting shoes should fit snugger than regular sneakers. Your foot should feel secure with minimal movement inside the shoe. We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide for accurate measurements.
Should I size up or down?
Most customers find Foost shoes true to size when measured by foot length in centimeters. If you're between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend sizing up half a size. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
How do Foost shoes compare to Nike Romaleos?
Nike Romaleos 4 tend to run small with a narrow toe box—most users size up half a size. Foost shoes are true to size based on foot length. Use our Size Guide comparison chart to find your perfect fit.
How do Foost shoes compare to Adidas Adipower?
Adidas Adipower 3 are generally true to size but have a narrow toe box. Foost shoes offer a similar fit. If you're comfortable in Adipower, your same size should work in Foost.
Can I wear thick socks with weightlifting shoes?
We recommend wearing thin to medium-thickness athletic socks with weightlifting shoes. Thick socks can affect the fit and reduce the stability benefits of a snug fit.
What if the shoes don't fit?
If your shoes don't fit properly, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund (shoes must be unworn). Then you can order the correct size. See our Returns & Refunds section for details.
