Most weightlifting shoes give you 20mm of heel elevation. FOOST Lifter gives you 27mm, and those 7 extra millimeters change everything.

A higher heel means less ankle dorsiflexion required. Less dorsiflexion means deeper squats, a more vertical torso, and a stable receiving position in the snatch and clean & jerk. Whether you’re chasing ATG depth or hitting PRs on the platform, 27mm is the mechanical advantage you’ve been missing.

Hard, incompressible TPU heel block engineered for lifters with limited ankle mobility. Not foam. Not EVA. Pure TPU; so every watt of force you generate goes into the bar, not into the shoe.

C-Frame Stability System
Our proprietary midfoot TPU wrap prevents inward knee collapse (valgus) during heavy squats, cleans, and snatches. If your knees cave under load, C-Frame locks them in. Designed specifically for athletes with foot pronation.
